Depending on the product you can choose between timed cooking in several steps, cooking to core temperature, delta-T cooling or Fc-value cooking. In this way, all products are treated gently and energy use is reduced to a minimum.
AUTOTHERM INTENSIVE COOLING CHAMBERS
AUTOTHERM intensive cooling chambers are suitable for cooling hot-smoked, cooked or baked meat, sausage and cold meat products as well as ready-to-eat meals. The faster cooling in intensive cooling chambers provides significant advantages compared to the slower cooling process in normal cold storage chambers.
